Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Gurugram. The Chartered Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements. Responsibilities include statutory compliance, tax planning and filing, GST and TDS management, and coordination with auditors for internal and external audits. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and providing insights to support management decision-making. The Chartered Accountant will also review and improve internal controls, ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external authorities as needed.
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a recognized professional body; bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance, including GST, TDS, and corporate tax laws.
Experience in audit support, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide business decisions and improve financial performance.
Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, along with advanced skills in MS Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Ability to interpret financial data, prepare clear reports, and communicate insights to management and non-financial stakeholders.
Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a high level of integrity and ethical conduct.
Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in consulting, professional services, or corporate finance roles in India is an advantage.
