Role Description
The Advertising Media Buyer will manage the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital platforms to drive client performance goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, where the individual will work closely with account managers and creative teams to translate client objectives into effective media plans and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching audience segments, selecting appropriate channels, negotiating and booking media placements, and monitoring campaign performance. The role involves analyzing campaign data, adjusting bids and targeting, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements to enhance ROI. The Media Buyer will also stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions.Experience working with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, programmatic tools) and basic understanding of tracking pixels and conversion events.
Solid knowledge of media planning and buying principles, including audience targeting, budget allocation, frequency capping, and optimization strategies.
Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with reporting dashboards or analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or similar platforms).
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with account management, creative, and technical teams.
High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and comfort managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Relevant experience in performance marketing, digital media, or advertising is preferred; agency experience is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Willingness to work on-site in Noida and adapt to a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
D2C Ecommerce experience is a must
