Dear All,
We are looking for candidates for the position of "Overseas Operations -International Business", based in Ahmedabad.
Shift Timing: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM (USA Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage domestic and international logistics operations, ensuring timely movement of goods across warehouses and customer locations.
Coordinate with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and transport vendors to optimize transportation, shipping schedules, and delivery performance.
Plan and execute FTL/LTL shipments, export logistics, and vessel bookings while ensuring on-time order fulfillment.
Collaborate with warehouse, production, operations, and sales teams to meet customer requirements and delivery commitments.
Negotiate freight rates, monitor transportation costs, and drive logistics process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Prepare and manage export documentation, shipment tracking, ETA updates, and logistics reports for stakeholders.
Review freight invoices, validate Bills of Lading (BOLs), and coordinate with finance teams for accurate billing and payments for Canada orders.
Maintain accurate logistics records, ensure audit compliance, and support continuous operational excellence initiatives.
