**About the Role**
NU Hospitals is looking for an experienced **Manager – Human Resources** to lead HR operations across assigned hospital units. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in hospital HR management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and performance management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Drive workforce planning and manpower planning in coordination with department heads.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee performance management, KPI frameworks, and succession planning.
- Supervise onboarding, induction, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HRMS.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity, POSH, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Monitor HR analytics, including attrition, recruitment TAT, headcount, and manpower costs.
**Eligibility Criteria**
- MBA (HR) / MSW (HR).
- **12+ years of progressive HR experience.**
- **Minimum 8 years of experience in the hospital/healthcare industry.**
- Experience in NABH/JCI-accredited hospitals is preferred.
- Multi-unit hospital HR experience will be an added advantage.
