💠 What you will do: 💠
▫️ Drive end-to-end recruitment for mid & senior-level roles in corporate & commercial functions across different industries, primarily Pharmaceuticals & Animal Health.
▫️ Identify, attract, evaluate fit, and close top talent through strategic sourcing and evaluation methods based on job requirements.
▫️ Drive stakeholder alignment, negotiations, and closures with speed and precision.
▫️ Provide simple market insights and keep hiring data clear and well-organised.
▫️ Create a strong talent pipeline through market mapping, industry insights, and smart database management for current and future vacancies.
▫️ Build trust and strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
💠 Who will be the ideal fit: 💠
🔸 Person with 3–5 years of Pharma/Non-IT recruitment experience with a strong performance track record.
🔸 Ability to work independently as well as in a team management role, handle critical hiring & long-ageing mandates and close successfully.
🔸 Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
🔸 Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and accountability.
🔸 Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable in a high-pressure environment.
