Wicker Hamilton is working with a growing, technology-focused law firm seeking a Tech Transactions Paralegal to support venture-backed businesses.
📍 Fully remote | US-based
💰 $125,000–$160,000 base + equity
⚖️ 4+ years of relevant experience | BigLaw background required
You’ll work alongside attorneys on the full commercial contract lifecycle, reviewing and redlining MSAs, SaaS agreements, NDAs, DPAs and BAAs under attorney supervision.
This role suits someone who brings substantive contract experience and wants to help shape how a growing legal team operates.
What you’ll bring:
• Current or previous BigLaw experience, ideally within a technology transactions or commercial contracts team.
• Hands-on experience marking up agreements.
• Healthcare contracting experience, including BAAs and HIPAA-related provisions.
• Exposure to multiple clients and industries.
• Strong organisation, sound judgement and an interest in technology and AI.
Alongside client work, you’ll help improve contract workflows and collaborate with attorneys and technology colleagues to make delivery more efficient.
