Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for Embedded Systems, Full Stack, and Mechatronics Engineers. Team members will design, develop, and test hardware and software solutions for IoT and automation projects, including sensor integration, control systems, and real-time data processing. Day-to-day work includes writing clean and efficient code, building and debugging prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and documenting designs and workflows. Engineers will participate in system architecture discussions, optimize performance and reliability, and contribute to deployment and maintenance of field-ready products. The role also involves continuous learning, exploring new tools and technologies, and contributing ideas to improve existing solutions and create new offerings.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in embedded systems, microcontrollers, and hardware interfacing; experience with C/C++ or similar languages for low-level programming.
Skills in full stack development, including front-end frameworks, back-end APIs, databases, and integration with IoT or cloud platforms.
Knowledge of mechatronics, including sensors, actuators, control systems, robotics components, and mechanical integration for functional prototypes.
Experience with AI or data processing techniques, and familiarity with using IoT data for analytics, automation, or decision support.
Ability to read and create technical documentation, circuit diagrams, and system architecture diagrams, and to debug complex hardware-software interactions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Interest in AgriTech and a willingness to work on field-oriented, real-world problems; prior project or internship experience in IoT or automation is an advantage.
