About the Role
LVR Infra Developers is looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, conducting site visits, building customer relationships, and driving sales for our residential plotted development projects.
We are looking for individuals with strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert prospective leads into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries generated through digital campaigns, calls, walk-ins, channel partners, and other lead sources.
Understand customer requirements and effectively present project details, pricing, amenities, approvals, and investment opportunities.
Schedule, coordinate, and conduct customer site visits.
Follow up with prospective customers, negotiate effectively, and convert leads into successful bookings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and customer interactions.
Prepare regular sales reports and track performance against assigned targets.
Monitor competitor projects, market trends, and pricing developments.
Participate in promotional activities, corporate outreach programs, property exhibitions, and sales events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Previous experience in real estate sales preferred, particularly residential plotted developments.
Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Telugu is required.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, customer handling, and sales closing abilities.
Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
Ability to independently manage customer enquiries, follow-ups, and site visits.
Good understanding of Bengaluru's real estate market will be an added advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
