Role Description The Web Development Intern role is an internship position focused on supporting the design and development of web applications and websites. In this remote role, the intern will assist in building and maintaining front-end interfaces, implementing back-end functionality, and integrating APIs under the guidance of senior developers and mentors. Day-to-day responsibilities may include writing and testing code, troubleshooting issues, collaborating on UI/UX improvements, and participating in code reviews. The intern will also help document technical work, contribute to team discussions, and continuously learn modern web development tools and best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Web Development, including familiarity with common web technologies, frameworks, and development workflows.
Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development and Web Design, such as building responsive user interfaces and working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Candidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development, including basic understanding of server-side programming, databases, and API integration.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with mentors and team members in a remote environment.
Basic knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, diploma, or certified course in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to manage time independently, follow technical instructions, and contribute to projects in a structured, organized manner.
