Role Description The Management Information System Executive will manage, maintain, and update MIS databases and reports to support day-to-day business decision-making. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, analyzing data trends, and presenting findings to management in clear formats. The role includes coordinating with different departments to gather data, validating information for accuracy, and resolving discrepancies. The Executive will also help streamline reporting processes, automate recurring reports where possible, and support ad hoc data requests. Additional responsibilities may include documenting MIS procedures and contributing to the improvement of information systems and workflows.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills, including experience with data management and reporting tools.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and MIS Reporting capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present reports to stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts) and familiarity with database or BI tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines are important.
Prior experience in an MIS or data analysis role, particularly in trading, logistics, or similar industries, will be an added advantage.
