Razon Technologies is looking for experienced HCC Coders to join our team in Saidapet, Chennai.

Two Shifts Ofered
3 PM to 12 AM ( Noon to Midnight)
12 AM to 7 AM ( Midnight to Morning)
🔹 Job Responsibilities
• Review clinical documentation, patient charts, medical histories, progress notes, AWVs and specialist reports.
• Identify active, chronic and co-existing medical conditions.
• Assign accurate and specific ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes.
• Perform HCC / Risk Adjustment abstraction and capture reportable conditions impacting RAF scores.
• Ensure coding accuracy, compliance and quality in accordance with applicable guidelines.
• Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.
🔹 Requirements
• 1–3+ years of core medical coding experience.
• Relevant experience in HCC Coding / Risk Adjustment preferred.
• CRC, CPC or CCS certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, anatomy, medical terminology and disease processes.
• Experience with EHR/EMR and medical coding or abstraction software.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
