Digital Transformation Manager

Role Description The Digital Transformation Manager will lead and coordinate digital initiatives that enhance Lonar CAD’s engineering, CAD, and consultancy services. This part-time remote role involves assessing current processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization, and designing digital roadmaps aligned with business objectives. The person in this role will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to implement digital tools, integrate data-driven solutions, and support change management across projects. Daily responsibilities include conducting analyses of workflows, advising on technology adoption, facilitating design thinking workshops, and monitoring the impact of transformation initiatives. The Digital Transformation Manager will also prepare reports, recommendations, and documentation to ensure sustainable and scalable digital practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Digital Transformation and Business Transformation skills to plan and execute end-to-end change initiatives.
Candidates should possess Analytical Skills and Consulting capabilities to assess current processes, interpret data, and advise stakeholders effectively.
Candidates should possess Design Thinking skills to drive user-centered solution design, prototyping, and continuous improvement.
Candidates should possess familiarity with engineering and technology domains (e.g., CAD, automation, software or IT solutions) to align digital strategies with technical workflows.
Candidates should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
Relevant experience in digital strategy, process optimization, or technology implementation, and a degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field are highly beneficial.
