📢 WE’RE HIRING | HR MANAGER
COFE is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team!
🔹 Position: HR Manager
🔹 Experience: 3–6 Years
🔹 Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
🔹 Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
✅ Handle HR operations, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
✅ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
✅ Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and grievance handling
✅ Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements
✅ Drive employee engagement and workforce development
Requirements:
🔸 MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant qualification
🔸 Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
🔸 Experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee management
🔸 Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS tools
