Salary and experience
- Monthly net salary: TRY 60,000–70,000.
- Required experience: at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- The offer is set within this range based on relevant experience, role scope and skills assessed during the hiring process.
- Benefits are provided in addition to the salary range.
What you will do
- Define matching and ranking problems and design their evaluation approach.
- Measure data quality, leakage, uncertainty and bias risks.
- Run experiments against simple baselines and improve training and validation pipelines.
- Integrate models into the product and monitor changes in production performance.
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Knowledge of Python, pandas and scikit-learn.
- Understanding of model evaluation, basic statistics and data leakage.
- PyTorch, NLP, embeddings or time-series experience is a plus.
- Practical experience with model experiments, reproducible evaluation and model deployment.
