The company delivers end-to-end design and verification services, including specification definition, logic partitioning, micro-architecture, RTL coding, synthesis, and verification environment development using modern methodologies such as UVM and OVM. Chipsolve Technologies has over eight years of combined experience in semiconductor chip design and production and continues to grow steadily. The organization currently employs more than 200 team members across offices in India, China, and the USA, with further expansion planned.
Role Description The Owner role at Chipsolve Technologies Private Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction, driving business growth, and overseeing operations across design, verification, and support functions. Daily activities include defining and refining business goals, supervising senior leadership, reviewing project pipelines and resource allocation, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to global clients. The Owner will engage with key customers and partners, guide financial planning and budgeting, and ensure compliance with relevant industry and corporate standards. The role also involves nurturing a collaborative culture, mentoring leaders, and identifying new market opportunities in semiconductor design services.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
Candidates should possess experience in ASIC/semiconductor design, including specification definition, micro-architecture, RTL coding, and synthesis.
Candidates should possess expertise in verification methodologies, including UVM/OVM, VIP development, and verification environment setup.
Candidates should possess solid business management skills, including financial oversight, operations management, and stakeholder relationship management.
Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse, international teams.
Relevant experience leading technology or engineering organizations, ideally in semiconductor or EDA domains, is highly beneficial.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
