Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and targeted outreach across phone, email, and social channels. This role involves conducting discovery conversations, understanding customer needs, and positioning Xinix’s communication and connectivity solutions as a fit for potential clients. The Sales Development Representative will maintain accurate records in the CRM, manage a structured pipeline, schedule product demonstrations or meetings for the sales team, and collaborate closely with marketing and account executives to improve lead quality. Daily responsibilities also include meeting activity and conversion targets, providing feedback on market trends, and contributing to continuous improvement of messaging and sales processes.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience engaging prospects and moving opportunities through the early stages of the sales cycle.
Demonstrated Lead Generation and Business Development abilities, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear, customer-focused language.
Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment, using CRM and sales engagement tools to manage activities and pipeline.
Prior experience in telecommunications, SaaS, or technology solutions is preferred but not required.
Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional, inclusive, and customer-centric approach.
Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in sales, business, or a related field.
