Dortdash Media is looking for a creative and confident Social Media Manager & Content Creator who can turn ideas into content people want to watch, share and engage with.
This is a primarily remote role, with 1–2 days per week dedicated to content creation, shoots, events or on-location activities in Lagos.
What You'll Do
- Create and manage engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
- Develop Reels, TikToks, talking-head videos, interviews and trend-led content.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and bringing personality to videos.
- Plan content calendars, write captions/hooks/scripts and manage social pages.
- Stay on top of trends and turn them into relevant content.
- Track content performance and use insights to improve strategy.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is creative, confident and comfortable on camera.
- Loves social media and content creation.
- Has good storytelling and communication skills.
- Has basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar).
- Understands social media trends and content strategy.
- Is proactive, organised and eager to learn.
