Role Description The Program Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur. This role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring education programs and solutions for partner institutions. A Program Advisor Role will be To assess & guide the Students for the Programs of Higher Management courses.
Qualifications
Strong program management and coordination skills, including planning, scheduling, and follow-up.
Ability to analyze educational needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable program plans or solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage educators, administrators, and other partners effectively.
Comfort with digital tools Like CRM and EdTech platforms, including basic data tracking and reporting for program performance.
Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Business, or a related field; experience in education or EdTech consulting is an advantage.
Willingness to work on-site in Kanpur and visit partner institutions or clients as needed.
