Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing complex audio visual projects from initiation through completion. This position manages project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking milestones, resolving issues, and communicating project status to internal stakeholders and clients. The Senior Project Manager will also support expediting activities, oversee logistics and inspection processes, and continuously improve project workflows to align with company goals for service excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
Strong project leadership capabilities, including Project Management skills and experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
Experience in expediting functions, with knowledge of Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting processes to keep projects on schedule.
Background in quality and compliance activities, including Inspection skills to verify products and services meet specifications.
Proficiency in Logistics Management, with the ability to coordinate shipments, installations, and resource allocation across locations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, including the use of project management tools and software.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in project management.
Experience in the audio visual, technology, or related industries is highly beneficial.
