Osho Himalayas Wellness Resort offers holistic experiences rooted in wellness, mindfulness, and rejuvenation. We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our team and help us connect our offerings with the right guests.
Key Responsibilities
Handle fresh sales enquiries, follow up with inbound leads, and convert them into bookings
Build strong relationships with existing leads and past guests to ensure repeat business
Use phone, WhatsApp, and email for outreach and follow-up
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
Coordinate with the reservations and operations team to ensure a smooth guest experience
Maintain lead records in CRM
Prepare and present sales reports and performance insights
Requirements
1–3 years of proven B2C sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (good English speaking and writing required; fluent Hindi)
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
Proficient in email, MS Office, Excel, and basic CRM tools (Zoho CRM a plus)
Experience with dialer tools such as TateTele preferred
Willing to relocate and work at our on-site location near Dharamshala
