If you have expertise in government and private tenders, e-tendering portals, BOQ preparation, and tender documentation, we’d love to hear from you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Handle government and private construction tenders.
Manage Tender247 and various e-tendering portals.
Prepare BOQs, technical and commercial bids, and tender documentation.
Manage EMD, tender fees, and submission formalities.
Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with tender requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and complete bid submissions.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of relevant experience in tender management.
Experience in construction or civil infrastructure is preferred.
Good knowledge of government tendering procedures and e-tendering portals.
Strong documentation, coordination, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
