Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Trivandrum. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. The role includes managing HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The HR Manager will handle grievance resolution, coordinate training and development initiatives, and support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development. Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with department heads, preparing HR reports, and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Relevant experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably within construction, real estate, or project-driven industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Trivandrum, manage multiple priorities, and use HR software and MS Office tools effectively.
