About Nudge
Nudge is the marketing team for small businesses that can't hire one. Most owners know marketing would grow their business, but never have the time to do it well. We take it off their hands entirely. Our AI agents, led by a dedicated human strategist, run marketing for business owners in the US and other countries.

The role
You'll work directly with the founder on whatever matters most for Nudge's growth. You'll own outcomes, not tasks: decide how to attack each problem, bring in people or tools where that's faster, and report on what moved. You'll sit close to every important decision and see how each part of the business works, from product to sales.
What you'll work on first
Your early focus will be on three areas:
Brand and trust. Make Nudge the name business owners trust, wherever they come across us, and make sure what they find backs it up.
Content and partnerships. Build the content, media and partnerships that put Nudge in front of the right owners.
Sales enablement. Learn what wins and loses deals, and build the insights, tools and proof that help us win more.
These are the starting point. The work will follow whatever matters most as Nudge grows.
Where this goes
This role is built to grow into a leadership one. If it goes well, you'll end up running what you build, with a growing team and a real say in where Nudge goes next. Along the way, you'll work side by side with the founder and learn how a company is built from the inside.
Who we're looking for
You solve problems end to end, and you have 2–5 years of experience owning outcomes rather than tasks. You've probably been a consultant, a founder, or an operator at a fast-growing startup, or you come from a top business or engineering school with a record of building things.
Exceptional Academic Record from Top engineering and/or MBA colleges. Ex-founders will be added advantage.
You write well. Clear, plain and persuasive. Most of this work ends up as words someone reads.
You're good with business owners. You can get a gym owner or a lawyer talking, and you actually listen.
You get work done through others. Freelancers, agencies and AI tools are how one person ships the work of five.
You decide with numbers. You can pull the data, build a quick model and say what's working.
You have taste. You know the difference between content that earns trust and content that fills a calendar.
Bonus points if you've worked in marketing, content, sales or partnerships, or know how small businesses outside India buy.
