Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical
Working Hours: Mon-Sat
Machine: Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) ; Accurate
Software: ARCO CAD
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CMM for accurate dimensional inspection of components.
Create/run CMM measurement programs using ARCO CAD software.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
Conduct first-off, in-process and final inspection.
Prepare accurate CMM inspection reports.
Support NPD and Tool Room for sample inspection, trials and validation.
Maintain CMM records, calibration and measurement accuracy.
Required Skills: CMM operation/programming, ARCO CAD, GD&T, drawing reading, and dimensional inspection.
