Associate Director, AI Transformation and Adoption

The ideal candidate is a strong marketing transformation and change leader who can connect AI capabilities and where the market is headed to real business needs, including campaign planning, content development, audience strategy, reporting, sales enablement, personalization, marketing operations, and agentic search (LLMs and GEO). This individual should have technical AI expertise and be comfortable working with marketing, analytics, technology, legal, compliance, and enterprise AI partners to move ideas from concept to practical use.

Primary Responsibilities
Lead the marketing AI transformation strategy by anticipating emerging market trends and identifying opportunities to differentiate the brand and customer experience.
Lead the development of an AI-powered agentic workforce operating model, establishing the governance, capabilities, and adoption strategy required to scale transformation, data requirements, accelerate execution, and drive business growth.
Own the Insight and Financial Marketing AI transformation roadmap, KPIs, and executive reporting.
Partner with leaders to identify, prioritize, and document AI use cases aligned to marketing and business goals (point solutions through platform/orchestration solutions).
Lead CBA and business case development to obtain AI related business sponsorship and associated funding.
Support the development of AI adoption plans (org change mgmt.), implementation timelines, training materials, and knowledge & communication resources.
Help Marketing teams use approved AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, speed, consistency, and decision-making.
Coordinate pilots, feedback loops, and adoption efforts across Marketing and partner teams.
Track progress, adoption, risks, dependencies, and business value for Marketing AI initiatives.
Create repeatable templates and playbooks for AI intake, prioritization, adoption, and value measurement.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in AI transformation
5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, business transformation, program management, change management, analytics, or technology enablement.
Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
Experience creating CBAs, project plans, adoption materials, presentations, status updates, or business cases.
Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate marketing needs into practical plans, workflows, and measurable outcomes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
Proficiency in Microsoft CoPilot, Claude, Google, Adobe, and Microsoft based tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI, generative AI, automation, marketing technology, analytics, or digital transformation.
Experience in B2B/B2C marketing, healthcare marketing, product marketing, campaign operations, sales enablement, or marketing analytics.
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe, content platforms, reporting dashboards, or project management systems.
Familiarity with responsible AI, data privacy, compliance, brand governance, or content review processes.
