Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for hiring US IT Recruiters, Senior Recruiters, Team Leads, and other recruitment professionals.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ US staffing experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews and facilitate the selection process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Drive employee referral initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Negotiate compensation packages and manage the offer process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate hiring reports.
Meet hiring targets while ensuring quality of hire and process compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Prior experience recruiting for US Staffing, US IT Recruitment, or Recruitment Consulting organizations is preferred.
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
•Experience hiring US IT Recruiters, Recruitment Leads, Delivery Leads, or Staffing Professionals.
Knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment metrics.
Location: Perungudi, Chennai
Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
