Role Description The AVP Client Servicing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, focused on leading client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of complex events and experiential campaigns. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business objectives, and translating them into strategic event and activation plans. Responsibilities include overseeing project scoping, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution. The AVP will lead proposals and pitches, drive account growth, monitor performance metrics, and maintain high standards of service quality and brand alignment. The role also includes mentoring client servicing teams, resolving escalations, and contributing to business development initiatives across India and international markets.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management, account leadership, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to handle senior-level client interactions and complex expectations.
Proven experience in events, experiential marketing, or brand activations, including end-to-end project management, on-ground execution oversight, and cross-functional coordination.
Strategic planning and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate client objectives into actionable event concepts, detailed plans, and measurable outcomes.
Team leadership and people management capabilities, including mentoring, performance guidance, and collaboration across creative, production, and operations functions.
Financial acumen related to budgeting, cost control, vendor negotiation, and profitability management for large-scale events and campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines, multiple concurrent projects, and shifting priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field; advanced education or certifications in events or marketing are beneficial.
