About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Behavioural Specialist Trainer to design and deliver engaging, activity-based learning programmes for students and faculty members.
The role focuses on personality development, life skills, career guidance, communication, and overall personal and professional development. The ideal candidate should be able to translate concepts into practical learning experiences through interactive activities, group exercises, role plays, games, and real-life scenarios.
Key Responibilities:
Programme Design & Planning: Develop training modules, course content, annual/quarterly calendars, session plans, and schedules based on students’ developmental needs.
Activity-Based Learning: Conduct interactive group sessions using experiential learning, role plays, team activities, discussions, and practical exercises.
Personality Development: Facilitate sessions on self-awareness, confidence building, communication skills, emotional intelligence, leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Positive Psychology: Incorporate concepts such as strengths identification, optimism, gratitude, resilience, growth mindset, and well-being into student development programmes.
Life Skills Development: Train students in decision-making, problem-solving, adaptability, goal-setting, time management, and responsible behaviour.
Career Guidance: Conduct career awareness and readiness sessions covering goal-setting, employability skills, interview preparation, and professional etiquette.
Faculty Induction & Training: Design and deliver induction and capacity-building sessions for faculty members on student engagement, communication, and effective interpersonal skills.
Monitoring & Reporting: Collect participant feedback, evaluate programme effectiveness, maintain session records, and prepare periodic training reports.
Eligibility & Prefereed Qualifications:
Educational qualification is open to candidates from all academic backgrounds. Candidates with relevant knowledge, practical skills, and a genuine interest in student development are encouraged to apply.
Preference will be given to candidates who have:
Experience in personality development, behavioural skills training, soft skills training, or student development programmes.
Knowledge of life skills, positive psychology and evidence-informed personal development approaches.
Experience conducting interactive, activity-based workshops for students or young adults and Faculty
Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and group-management skills.
The ability to design structured training modules and deliver engaging sessions.
Experience in faculty training, career guidance, life skills education, or educational institutions.
