Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for planning and scheduling daily shipments, coordinating with drivers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. The Logistics Coordinator monitors inventory and order status, updates internal systems, and resolves delivery issues or delays. The role involves preparing and maintaining accurate documentation, tracking shipments, and communicating clearly with stakeholders throughout the transport process. The Logistics Coordinator also supports continuous improvement in logistics processes by analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting practical solutions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to track shipments, assess performance metrics, and optimize routing and scheduling.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams and provide clear, timely updates.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, handle complaints professionally, and maintain positive client relationships.
Candidates should possess Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management skills to monitor stock levels, manage orders, and support end-to-end logistics operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software, with accurate data entry and documentation skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or warehousing is preferred.
Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
