Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Vadodara. The Sales Executive will greet and assist customers, understand their preferences, and guide them in selecting jewellery that matches their requirements and budget. The role includes presenting product features, explaining certifications and pricing, and ensuring a high level of service and professionalism throughout the sales process. Daily responsibilities involve maintaining product displays, updating inventory records, handling billing and documentation, and supporting promotional activities and in-store events. The Sales Executive will work closely with store leadership and team members to achieve individual and store sales targets while upholding Kalamandir Jewellers’ standards of customer satisfaction and brand representation.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
Sales and negotiation skills, including closing techniques and target-oriented performance.
Product knowledge or willingness to learn about gold, diamond, and other jewellery categories, certifications, and quality standards.
Basic retail operations skills, such as billing, handling cash or digital payments, and inventory assistance.
Effective verbal communication skills in English and local languages; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
Professional appearance and a customer-centric attitude, with attention to detail in presentation and service.
Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, including weekends and peak festive seasons as per retail schedules.
Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or customer-facing sales roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th grade); a graduate degree in any discipline is an added advantage.
