Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding and sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
Handle recruitment for technical and engineering roles across aerospace, manufacturing, IT, and other relevant domains.
Understand job descriptions and client requirements to identify suitable candidates efficiently.
Conduct initial screening, evaluate technical suitability, and assess candidate communication skills and salary expectations.
Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Manage candidate pipelines, maintain recruitment trackers, and provide regular hiring status updates.
Build and maintain a strong database of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and follow up with candidates to ensure successful joining.
Meet recruitment targets, turnaround times (TAT), and placement objectives.
Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a recruitment consultancy, staffing firm, or RPO environment.
Hands-on experience recruiting for engineering, aerospace, manufacturing, or IT positions.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other candidate sourcing platforms.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate evaluation, compensation negotiation, and offer management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and work towards hiring targets.
Strong ownership, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
