About the Brand
Attunate with Deveka is a personal development and wellbeing platform built around the philosophy of Insight. Alignment. Transformation.
Through Tarot, Numerology and Life Coaching, Deveka helps people better understand themselves, recognise patterns, navigate transitions and make more conscious choices in their personal and professional lives.
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can translate this philosophy into thoughtful, engaging and visually consistent digital content.
The Role
This is not simply a posting and scheduling role.
We are looking for someone who understands how to build a personal brand — someone who can take Deveka’s thoughts, experiences and expertise and turn them into content that feels authentic to her rather than generic wellness content.
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for growing Attunate with Deveka’s digital presence, building an engaged community and ultimately helping convert that audience into enquiries and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the monthly social media content calendar.
Create content primarily for LinkedIn and Instagram, with other platforms added as the brand develops.
Work directly with Deveka to extract ideas, stories, opinions and insights that can become content.
Write posts, captions, hooks and carousel copy in Deveka’s voice.
Create and/or coordinate branded social media graphics and carousels in the established Attunate visual identity.
Repurpose one idea intelligently across different platforms rather than simply reposting identical content.
Manage posting, scheduling and day-to-day publishing.
Engage meaningfully with relevant creators, potential clients and communities.
Respond to comments and help manage DMs appropriately.
Identify relevant posts where Deveka should comment to increase her visibility and network.
Research trends and conversations around coaching, personal development, Tarot, Numerology, wellbeing and conscious living.
Track content performance and identify which themes generate meaningful engagement, profile visits, enquiries and conversions.
Recommend new content formats, collaborations and audience-growth opportunities.
Maintain consistency of Deveka’s tone, positioning and visual identity.
What We Don’t Want
We are not looking for someone whose strategy is simply:
“Post every day.”
“Use trending hashtags.”
“Make more Reels.”
“Get more followers.”
Follower growth matters, but it is not the objective by itself.
We care about building the right audience, credibility, engagement and ultimately client enquiries.
Who We’re Looking For
You should be:
A strong writer with excellent English.
Comfortable writing thoughtful, personal content rather than generic motivational posts.
Experienced with Instagram and LinkedIn.
Able to understand someone’s personality and write in their voice, rather than your own.
Visually strong and comfortable with Canva or equivalent design tools.
Familiar with short-form video/Reels and basic video editing.
Curious about personal development, coaching, spirituality or wellness.
Organised enough to independently manage a content calendar and deadlines.
Comfortable analysing social media performance and changing strategy based on what works.
Proactive — we want someone who brings ideas rather than waits for instructions.
Prior basic understanding of Tarot or Numerology would be useful, but is not essential. An interest in understanding the subjects properly is more important.
