Job Summary:
We are looking for a Drone Trainer Intern to deliver engaging, hands-on drone technology training to teachers and students. This role involves leading practical sessions, facilitating learning in drone flight and mechanics, managing lab resources, and tracking class progress and student records. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in STEM education, hands-on drone experience, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classes on Drone Technology for teachers using experiments and hands-on activities.
Deliver engaging and effective drone flight and mechanics lessons to students, ensuring comprehension and participation.
Ensure the lab materials are properly itemized and utilized in the classrooms.
Maintain progress reports for each class and report findings to school authorities and the company.
Register and maintain student records on the online course portal.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications:
Academic Qualification: Any field of STEM in a Bachelor's degree. (Master's preferred).
Preferred: 2 years of hands-on field experience in Drone technology or related field.
Exclusions: Candidates who are currently pursuing studies or who hold only a diploma shall not be selected or approved for this role.
Skills Required:
Strong interest in teaching.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage and communicate effectively with large audiences.
Ability to connect with children and youth in a fun and meaningful way.
Proficiency in computer applications and internet usage.
Passion for working in a challenging and growth-oriented environment.
