Product Associate
Assist in the design, development, and launch of new products and product enhancements.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
Prepare product notes, policy documents, process flows, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Technology, Sales, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing teams for product implementation.
Track product performance, business volumes, profitability, and customer feedback.
Monitor portfolio performance and recommend product improvements.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for system enhancements and new product rollouts.
Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Ensure product compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
Assist in creating training materials and conducting product training sessions for sales and operations teams.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
1-4 years of experience in Product Management, Business Strategy, Product Support, or Financial Services.
Experience in Banking, NBFC, Lending, Vehicle Finance, Tractor Finance, or Rural Finance preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
