Corporate Finance Analys

Role Description The Corporate Finance Analyst role is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting financial planning and decision-making activities for client organizations. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining financial models, analyzing financial statements and key performance indicators, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. The analyst will prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, assist in evaluating investment opportunities and capital projects, and contribute to cost, revenue, and profitability analyses. This role also involves collaborating virtually with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights, ensure accurate financial records, and recommend improvements to financial processes and strategies.

Candidates should possess Financial Modeling and Analytical Skills to build scenarios, evaluate outcomes, and solve complex business problems.
Candidates should possess Accounting knowledge to understand financial statements, entries, and compliance requirements.
Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
Candidates should possess proficiency with spreadsheets and financial software (e.g., Excel, financial reporting tools) and strong attention to detail.
Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Relevant education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is highly beneficial.
Experience in corporate finance, investment analysis, or business analytics, and familiarity with international or multicultural work settings, is a plus.
