About the Role
D&V Herrmann Services is looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack Engineer based in Tamil Nadu, India, to join our development team under a Remote / Hybrid work model.
The role will support the development of enterprise applications, workflow automation, factory applications, and ERP integrations.
We are looking for someone who can work across frontend, backend, APIs, database development, and application integrations while also taking technical ownership of assigned modules.
The successful candidate will work closely with developers, QA, UI/UX, business stakeholders, and project management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Blazor
Build reusable Blazor / Razor components and responsive application interfaces
Develop and maintain REST APIs, business services, and integration components
Work with Microsoft SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ
Design and implement business workflows, validations, approvals, and status transitions
Implement role-based access control, audit logging, and application security requirements
Integrate applications with ERP systems and other approved third-party applications
Troubleshoot application issues across frontend, backend, API, and database layers
Optimise SQL queries and application performance where required
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code
Participate in and conduct code reviews
Support and mentor other developers within the team
Work closely with QA teams during testing, defect resolution, regression testing, and UAT
Support application releases across development, QA, staging, and production environments
Maintain accurate Jira updates, development estimates, and technical documentation
Follow Git / Bitbucket branching, pull request, and code review processes
Identify technical risks, dependencies, and blockers at an early stage
Communicate progress and technical concerns clearly to the relevant stakeholders

This position will initially be offered on a Contract-to-Hire basis.
Based on performance, business requirements, and mutual agreement, the candidate may subsequently be considered for permanent employment.
