We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chinese Chef to work at our Chinese food cart in Sector 110, Noida. The ideal candidate should have practical experience preparing popular Chinese street food and maintaining consistent taste and quality.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare popular Chinese dishes, including Hakka noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli paneer, chilli potato, and other Chinese street food items.
Handle daily food preparation, cutting, marination, cooking, and plating.
Maintain consistent taste, food quality, and portion sizes.
Prepare orders quickly during busy hours.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the food cart and cooking station.
Manage ingredients, monitor stock levels, and minimize food wastage.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
Keep the cooking station organized and efficient.
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience as a Chinese Chef or Chinese street food cook preferred.
Good knowledge of Chinese sauces, spices, and cooking techniques.
Experience in preparing noodles, fried rice, Chinese starters, and other street food dishes.
Ability to prepare food quickly while maintaining quality.
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
Candidates with experience working at Chinese food carts, stalls, or street food outlets are encouraged to apply.
