Job Description: Deputy General Manager – Civil
Experience: 12+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced DGM – Civil to lead high-rise construction projects, ensuring timely execution, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise commercial projects.
Oversee RCC, structural, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Monitor project schedules, progress, budgets, and resource utilization.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure quality standards, site safety, and compliance with approved drawings.
Manage contractors, manpower, material consumption, and cost control.
Review BOQs, contractor bills, DPRs, MIS, and project progress reports.
Eligibility & Skills
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; postgraduate qualification preferred.
Minimum 12 years of experience in civil construction, preferably high-rise projects.
Strong expertise in construction planning, RCC, quality control, safety, and project management.
Software Skills: MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, and AutoCAD.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
