Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Business Analyst at HiringBaba. The Business Analyst will review business processes, collect and interpret data, and prepare reports to support decision-making and strategy development. Daily responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, documenting requirements, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve operations. The role involves communicating findings clearly, supporting customer-focused initiatives, and contributing to business planning in the digital marketing space. The Business Analyst will work independently while coordinating regularly with the team through online tools.

Candidates should possess Business and Business Planning skills to understand operations, define requirements, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Candidates should possess Communication and Customer Service skills to present insights clearly and support a positive stakeholder and client experience.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, part-time environment with good time management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with basic data analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards) and interest in digital marketing or online business models.
Relevant education in Business, Economics, Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior internship or project experience in analysis, operations, or consulting is an advantage but not required.
