Role Description The Process Engineering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara, focused on designing, evaluating, and improving process equipment and systems for food industry applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing current processes, developing optimized workflows, and implementing process control strategies to enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, production, quality, and customer service, to translate technical requirements into practical engineering solutions. The specialist will prepare technical documentation, support commissioning and trials, troubleshoot process issues, and recommend continuous improvements in line with industry standards and customer expectations.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in process engineering, including Process Engineering and Process Control skills.
Ability to assess and improve systems using Analytical Skills and Process Optimization expertise.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and interacting with clients.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemical or Food Process Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in providing process solutions to food processing & manufacturing industries in industrial environments .
Familiarity with process design tools, instrumentation, and automation systems.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and engineering specifications.
Attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and willingness to work on-site in a workshop and plant environment.
