Studio Producer - TikTok Live (UAE Based)

As a Tiktok live partner, we are the leading owner and operator of multiple Live channels in Middle East, each streaming 6 to 7 hours a day with resident dance and entertainment talent.
We are looking for a live production and studio management star, who makes sure every channel goes live on time, every day, at the highest production quality, with talent who are prepared, energised, and performing at their best.
You live on-site, breathe TikTok live content and run the studio floor.

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, on-site at the studio villa, accommodation provided
Works closely with: Creator Partnerships and Growth Manager
What you will own
Show readiness
• Run the daily schedule across all channels: call times, go-live times, and clean transitions between shows and talent.
• Make sure sets, lighting, cameras, audio, and streaming setup are ready and tested before every show.
• Confirm that the day's theme is prepared and that the choreography has been rehearsed before going live.
Talent performance and discipline
• Work directly with the talent every day to bring out the best in each of them on screen.
• Make sure everyone turns up on time, prepared, and in the right energy for their slot.
• Maintain discipline on the floor and in the schedule: rota, rest times, and readiness.
• Give regular performance feedback, and flag talent who need coaching or support.
Channel performance
• Work closely with the Talent Partnerships and Growth Manager to make sure every channel meets its performance targets.
• Turn those targets into daily action on the floor: scheduling, show format, talent line-up, and production quality.
• Share what you see on the floor so that growth decisions are based on what is working live.
Broadcast quality
• Own the look and sound of every channel, and keep raising the standard.
• Review streams regularly, and improve lighting, framing, audio, and set.
• Recommend and bring in the best equipment for each channel within budget.
Live operations and reporting
• Monitor all streams while live, and fix technical or on-floor issues fast.
• Keep a daily log for each channel: on-time start, hours streamed, talent attendance, issues, and fixes.
Equipment and studio
• Maintain all cameras, lights, audio, phones, and streaming gear, with an up-to-date inventory.
• Keep props and wardrobe organised, stored, and replenished.
What we are looking for
• 2 to 5 years in live production, studio management, line production, or live-streaming operations.
• Experience working with performing talent (dancers or actors), and a track record of getting strong performances out of them.
• Hands-on with cameras, lighting, audio, and streaming setups, and able to troubleshoot independently.
• Firm, fair, and organised: someone who holds people to a standard and is respected for it.
• Comfortable living on-site in a shared compound and working around a live schedule.
• Familiarity with TikTok Live (gifting, LIVE Studio, platform rules) is a strong plus.
