About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Bask Health. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of healthcare processes, and a passion for improving healthcare delivery. Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. Proven experience in healthcare operations management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, is required. Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and healthcare IT systems is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are a must, along with the ability to analyze data and implement process improvements. Certification in healthcare management (such as Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives or similar) is advantageous.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily healthcare operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery across all departments.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
Lead, motivate, and manage a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and patient-focused work environment.

Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient care processes and enhance patient satisfaction.
Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to meet organizational objectives.
Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Implement innovative solutions and technologies to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and community stakeholders.
Prepare reports and present data-driven insights to executive leadership for strategic decision-making.
