Role Description
The Graduate Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The trainee will support consulting projects by collecting and analyzing operational data, assisting in process mapping, and preparing reports and presentations under supervision. Daily activities include learning and applying basic ISO, Six Sigma, and Lean concepts, participating in client meetings, and contributing to documentation and audit preparation. The role involves close collaboration with senior consultants to implement improvement initiatives, track progress, and document outcomes. The position offers structured learning, mentoring, and exposure to real-world performance improvement engagements.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge or strong interest in quality management and process improvement (e.g., ISO standards, Six Sigma, Lean, OPEX).
Analytical and quantitative skills, including data collection, basic statistical analysis, and problem-solving.
Business and communication skills such as report writing, presentation preparation, and stakeholder coordination.
Ability to learn quickly, follow structured methodologies, and work accurately with detailed documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Industrial Management, Operations, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools; familiarity with data visualization is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills, professional work ethic, and willingness to work on-site at client locations within the Greater Ahmedabad Area.
Exposure to internships, academic projects, or certifications in quality, ISO, Lean, or Six Sigma will be considered beneficial.
