About the Role
We are looking for a skilled, creative, and experienced Remote 3D Designer to join our team.
We are seeking someone who goes beyond just 3D modeling and rendering — a designer who can conceptualize, contribute to the design process, develop creative ideas, and translate them into visually stunning architectural designs and photorealistic renders.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Rhino, Lumion, Photoshop, AutoCAD, and AI-powered design tools, along with a keen eye for architecture, materials, lighting, composition, and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Conceptualization: Actively participate in the design process, develop concepts, explore architectural ideas, and contribute creative design solutions.
3D Modeling: Create accurate and detailed 3D models using Rhino, based on AutoCAD drawings, sketches, reference images, and design briefs.
Architectural Visualization: Produce high-quality, photorealistic architectural renders using Lumion, with strong attention to materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, and composition.
AI-Assisted Design: Effectively utilize AI tools for design ideation, concept exploration and improving overall workflow efficiency.
Design Development: Work closely with the team to refine architectural forms, facade treatments, material palettes, and overall design aesthetics.
Creative Problem-Solving: Proactively suggest design improvements and innovative solutions rather than simply executing instructions.
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the team, understand project requirements, incorporate feedback, and deliver work that meets client expectations.
Time Management: Independently manage assigned tasks, meet tight deadlines, and maintain consistent quality across projects.
Requirements
Proven experience in 3D architectural modeling, design, and visualization, supported by a strong portfolio.
Advanced proficiency in Rhino for architectural 3D modeling is mandatory.
Strong expertise in Lumion for realistic lighting, material application, landscaping, and rendering.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for architectural post-production and visual enhancements.
Ability to understand and accurately interpret AutoCAD architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections.
Fluency in AI-powered creative tools for architectural concept generation, design exploration, image editing, and visualization enhancement.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles, proportions, spatial relationships, materiality, and contemporary design trends.
A good design sense with the ability to independently conceptualize and develop architectural design options.
A keen eye for detail, composition, visual storytelling, and photorealism.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with the team.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Willingness to experiment, learn new tools, and continuously improve creative workflows.
Added Advantages
Previous experience in architectural facade design, luxury residential projects, villas, hospitality, or commercial developments.
Experience with AI visualization tools such as Prompt engineering, Stable Diffusion, Chatgpt, Claude, Nano Banana, Grok, Higgsfield, similar platforms.
Experience developing design concepts from initial references through to final presentation-ready visuals.
Knowledge of architectural animation and walkthrough creation.
A strong sense of contemporary architectural styles, luxury aesthetics, and material combinations.
