Responsibilities
Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Generate leads and build a sustainable real estate business.
Conduct property showings, listing presentations, and negotiations.
Maintain professionalism and compliance with applicable real estate laws.
Utilize available technology, marketing resources, and brokerage support.
Participate in training, professional development, and collaborative opportunities. and show living spaces
Qualifications
Active real estate license in Massachusetts, Connecticut, or Rhode Island.
Demonstrated experience representing buyers and sellers.
Established client relationships and consistent business development efforts.
Strong negotiation, marketing, and transaction management skills.
Self-motivated professionals who can manage their own business.
Agents interested in expanding their production, self development and professional opportunities.
