Site Engineer

Job Summary
Sri Suprabhatham Builder is looking for a qualified and dedicated Site Engineer to oversee residential construction activities, coordinate on-site operations, and ensure compliance with construction drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities and monitor site progress.
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Ensure construction quality and compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, labourers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor construction materials and ensure their efficient utilization.
Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the project team.
Maintain daily progress reports and relevant site documentation.
Support timely project execution in accordance with established schedules.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
3–4 years of relevant experience in site engineering, preferably in residential construction.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.
