Role Description The Revenue Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing revenue-related activities and ensuring accurate financial recording. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring revenue streams, reconciling accounts, verifying billing and payment data, and identifying discrepancies or trends that impact revenue performance. The role involves collaborating with finance and accounting teams to improve revenue cycle processes, preparing reports and analyses to support management decisions, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The Revenue Specialist will also communicate with internal stakeholders and, when needed, clients to clarify financial information, resolve issues, and support continuous improvements in revenue cycle management.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Revenue Cycle Management skills, including oversight of billing, collections, and reconciliation processes.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support data-driven recommendations.
Candidates should possess Finance and Accounting skills to ensure accurate recording, reporting, and compliance with standards.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial software; experience with ERP or accounting systems is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and commitment to meeting deadlines in a remote environment.
Experience in revenue operations or similar financial roles is preferred, especially in service-based or consulting organizations.
