Remote Sales Closer (Commission-Only, Independent Contractor)
WCAP Works is a Halifax-based agency that builds websites and runs Google Ads for local contractors and home-service businesses.
What you’ll do
• Our outbound campaigns reach local business owners. When one replies interested, the lead is assigned to you.
• You contact them, run the sales call, and close the deal.
• We handle the contract, invoicing, and all the work after the sale.
• No cold calling.
Pay
Commission only, no base pay.
• 15% of every one-time sale
• 10% of each client’s monthly fees for their first 12 months
Paid monthly by e-transfer, based on payments clients have made.
Requirements
• 1+ year of closing or consultative sales experience
• Based in Canada
• Available at least 8 hours a week within weekdays, 9am to 5pm Atlantic Time
• Reply to new leads within 30 minutes during your working hours
