Swift + UIKit & SwiftUI experience required
Alright so let's keep it direct because you are probably applying to lots of posts (or your AI agent is burning tokens on the pro plan and its probably not on your current employer's account). We dont' want a lot of applicants for the role, and also you probably don't want to waste time and effort playing the numbers game -- this is only for very specific people (a super man type of candidate) who has been at startups for more than five years and with ten years of experience with iOS UIKit.
We are an early stage startup, nearing strong product market fit. We have already paying customers with names names like Samsung, Yale, Stanford, ... and about 9 of top 10 top universities in the US have signed up or paid for our product. The biggest companies and brands from the world come to our site and use our product (we rank top 3 for attendance in google in most countries).
We need someone who is a senior engineer (at least 9 years of experience or more), who can run the entire iOS product.

What we promise you -
A fast growing company
Project ownership and autonomy - you made archiecture decisions
An impact that you can prove you made in the world, real people seeing and using your work -- our mission is to get 1/4 people in US to use the app.
Full description -
We need someone who has an internal metronome, someone who is an indie-developer, loves craftsmanship.
Did you see the Apple event? And admire the polish, the lengths they go-to, the magic that the hard word and repetition creates -- that final moment when you see the end user use something you made.
AI can write the code, but we believe the strategy, the key decisions on when to trust or ditch belongs to the engineer, a human one for now.
Key responsibilities -
Own the IOS productWork on our roadmap - the key themes (or objectives) that we are pursuing as a company
You are responsible for the project - decision to add/drop packages, architecture, and other code decisions.
Polish the iOS app - UI & UX, you must feel confident about this not just focus on code.
You are opening to growing, you see coding as just one part of the layer.. there's design, user-experience, then the whole world of the user's POV like value prop, pains, gains, and jobs-to-be-done.
The ideal person sees themselves as the person who brought software from idea to life that the world depends on (100 million+ users).
If your all the way down here, we want to reward you with an advantage in the process. Please send us an email with the following -
