We are looking for a technically strong MEP Coordinator to join our growing MEP consultancy team.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting services designing
* Review and coordinate MEP drawings and identify clashes
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and clients
* Review shop drawings and technical submissions
* Handle drawing revisions, coordination issues and technical queries
* Support project teams in delivering coordinated drawings on time
* Attend coordination meetings with Clients & Architects and follow up on Delivery Schedules and Technical Issues.
Qualifications
✔️ 8-10 years of relevant MEP coordination experience
✔️ Good understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting services
✔️ Knowledge of MEP Design Basis, BOQs and specifications
✔️ Revit MEP / Navisworks knowledge will be an advantage
✔️ Good communication and coordination skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and take ownership
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering
